WMGL specializes in importing, warehousing, and distributing feed additives and supplements for Bangladesh's fish and poultry protein industries. Operating from Dhaka, we connect leading international manufacturers to Bangladesh's fastest-growing feed mills.

Md. Habibur Rahman

An experienced entrepreneur whose career spans construction, consumer goods, customs clearing and forwarding, trading, and the importation of animal feed ingredients.
PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
Md. Habibur Rahman was born on 25 August 1961. After completing his graduation from the University of Dhaka, he began his professional career in 1981 as a First Class Contractor enlisted with the Public Works Department. During the same period, he also entered the business sector through the distribution and importation of fast-moving consumer goods.

ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT
In the early 1990s, Mr. Rahman established Total Cargo Management to provide customs clearing and forwarding services. He subsequently founded Agro Concern to expand the Group’s activities into trading and importation. During this period, he began importing poultry and fish feed ingredients from international markets and established himself as a respected entrepreneur in Bangladesh’s feed ingredients and trading sector.
LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL LIFE
As Group Chairman, Mr. Rahman provides strategic oversight in the areas of policymaking, corporate mission, business expansion, and operational direction. His leadership and extensive industry experience continue to support the sustainable growth of the Group. In his personal life, he is the proud father of one son and one daughter, both of whom are well established in their respective fields.
Abdulla Al Azim

A finance trained business leader with experience in corporate taxation, international sourcing, importation, indenting, trading, and distribution.
PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
Abdulla Al Azim was born on 6 July 1974. After completing his graduation from the University of Calcutta, India, he began his professional career as an Articled Student with Nurul Azim & Co., Chartered Accountants. He completed the Chartered Accountancy Intermediate level under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh and subsequently worked as a Corporate Tax Consultant.

ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT
In 2010, Mr. Azim established Mars Trading International, a partnership firm engaged in the importation and indenting of poultry and fish feed ingredients. He later expanded into distribution through Mars Distribution Ltd. and established Mars Traders & Consultant to undertake the direct importation, trading, and distribution of a broad range of products. Through these ventures, he developed substantial experience in international sourcing, commercial negotiation, and supply chain management.
LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL LIFE
As Group Managing Director, Mr. Azim is actively involved in policymaking, strategic planning, business development, international sourcing, expansion, and overall operational management. His financial background and entrepreneurial experience have contributed significantly to strengthening the Group’s position in the trading and feed ingredients sector. In his personal life, he is the proud father of two sons.
Mohammad Asaduzzaman

A banking and finance professional with extensive experience in SME banking, supply chain finance, consumer banking, business development, portfolio management, credit analysis, and operational risk.
PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
Mohammad Asaduzzaman has more than 14 years of combined experience in SME banking, supply chain finance, and consumer banking. He began his career in consumer banking and held sales, customer service, and team leadership positions at Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC. He later joined BRAC Bank Limited as Relationship Manager in Emerging Corporate, where he managed SME business development, multiproduct portfolios, sales performance, and client relationships.

Meet Our Group Executive Director & CEO
BANKING AND FINANCIAL SECTOR EXPERIENCE
At IDLC Finance Limited, Mr. Asaduzzaman held progressively responsible roles in SME and Supply Chain Finance. His experience covers portfolio growth, factoring and long term financing, distributor financing, credit appraisal, financial analysis, due diligence, loan documentation, collection monitoring, client relationship management, and team leadership. He also served as Unit Operation Risk Manager in an additional role, overseeing operational risk identification, control monitoring, escalation, and mitigation. Among his notable achievements, he executed a distributor financing arrangement for a leading agro based industry that reduced the company’s cash conversion cycle by 25 days.
GROUP LEADERSHIP AND ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Mr. Asaduzzaman joined Wiseman Guidance Group in 2025 and currently serves as Group Executive Director and CEO. In this role, he contributes to strategic planning, business development, financial discipline, operational coordination, risk management, and the implementation of the Group’s objectives. He holds a Master of Professional Finance from the University of Dhaka, an MBA in Marketing, and a BBA in Management and Accounting.
